Franklin County exists between the Snake and Columbia Rivers in Washington, with its southern tip at the confluence of these two rivers. The county seat of Pasco is part of the Tri-City metro area and is one of the fastest-growing cities in the state, as of the 2010 census. Smaller towns in the county include the incorporated towns of Connell, Mesa, and Kahlotus, and the unincorporated towns of Eltopia, Merrill's Corner, and Basin City.

Data formats include shapefile (for ArcGIS or QGIS), KML (for Google Earth), and CSV (table only).
